Rex-Hide is an operating company that has been in business for 90 years. We are business owners, like you, that have worked hard and grown our business.
We have grown our business through a combination of starting businesses, buying businesses and growing internally. Our plan is to continue to build on this formula and grow Rex-Hide for another 100 years.
To do this, we are looking for companies to be our long-term partners; companies to buy with a few key characteristics:

- Demonstrated consistent earning power with operating profits (before interest and taxes) of $500,000 - $5,000,000
- Businesses in industries that we can understand
- Companies able to differentiate themselves in the market place
- Owners who like the money but love the business
